Beginning in 2024, I’m leading enterprise-wide strategic communications for New York Life’s Continuous Improvement (CI) management system — a strategic enabler in evolving a 180-year-old company to deliver seamless customer experiences and become an even better place to work. CI empowers every employee to identify and solve problems to drive better experiences for customers, increase employee happiness, boost productivity, and enhance quality. My role focuses on helping our employees understand the \"why,\"\"how,\" and \"when\" of CI — through clear, inspiring communications across multiple channels — so they feel equipped and excited to embrace this new way of working.Previously, I advised an Executive Vice President and his leadership team on communications strategy across six businesses with employees in the U.S. and Mexico. I created messaging, talking points, FAQs, videos, infographics, and announcements shared via town halls, open office hours, small group sessions, the company intranet, and email.Earlier, I led efforts that activated 88% of employees and agents to contact Congress in support of fiduciary regulations — protecting clients\' best interests while preserving our business model. I also led communications for the company’s annual dividend announcement.
