About Scott Krites
I currently serve as a Senior Application Engineer to assist and support our channel partners and end users with selecting and specifying our range of pumps that serve Municipal, Industrial, Commercial, and Residential applications. With over 25 years in the pump industry with Crane Pumps & Systems I have served in multiple roles in Engineering and Sales and Marketing. I have spent over 10 years in product design and development roles, product testing for internal and third party compliance requirements, design and document control for engineering and AutoCAD and SolidWORKS software management. I have also served in our sales and marketing team aspects by promoting and specifying and designing several of our grinder and basin package offerings, and pressure sewer system designs utilizing KY Pipe and Mentor pump selection software. I have handled small and medium projects related to team and project management for engineering testing, lab services and business system improvements. I also served as a Regional Sales Manager, working directly with our channel partners to help train and educate them in our products and their applications and working with end users, municipalities and service organizations to demonstrate our ability to meet and grow with their pumping needs. I have been involved in e-commerce support of product selection and configuration tools, and supporting business growth objectives of product releases and sales plans. I have always strived to provide the best customer support to my external and internal customers. I feel that we are always in the journey of continuous improvement as a company and as an individual and we never stop learning or growing!
