    EHS Leadership: Member Global EHS Leadership Team. Establishing annual EHS functional strategies, goals, performance metrics and alignment to Business Plans and Goals for operational excellence. • Global Director Environmental Affairs: Overseeing all aspects of Corporate Environmental Affairs.• Policies and Procedures: Led a global team to revise all EHS Standards/Requirement documents to satisfy EHS management system and ISO 14001 requirements. This resulted in consolidation and elimination of several standards which reduced administrative burdens at all manufacturing facilities. • Staff Optimization: Led the transformation and reorganization of the Environmental Center of Excellence Team (USCA Region) which allowed for reduced non-compliance events and increased engagement with site management and staff. In 2025, NOVs recorded 10% less compared to 2024. • Partner with Operations Leaders – Led the development of a new Company Spill Metric focused on Process Safety Incidents (a high-risk area in the Coatings Industry). Project included pilot testing, IT interaction, Board approval, and roll-out. • Collaboration Partner - Team member 2025 Global Safety Week. Event supported an Environmental Health and Safety Culture transformation and awareness campaign to reduce incidents and injuries and spills. 2025 recorded the lowest Total Recordable Incident Rate in PPG history and lowest number of spills related to bulk material movement. • Proven Ability to Lead - Lead a strategic initiative for Global Legacy Remediation. Reduced Environmental reserves from $280 MM to $230MM over a three-year period through effective Contractor Management and Team Engagement.• Real Estate: lead for due diligence associated with site closures and product transfer. Supporting Environmental Due Diligence for potential Mergers, Acquisitions and Divestitures.• Project Manager and Corporate Liaison: High-profile Superfund, Brownfield and Global Remediation sites. Phase 1 and Phase II.
