In addition to Commercial Lending, I draw on my previous investment banking experience to provide leadership to Horizon’s merger and acquisition strategy and have been a valuable team member in the Bank’s Finance, Operations, Commercial Credit and Commercial Lending departments. Several of my notable accomplishments with Horizon Bank include:• Leading the financial analysis and being a critical team member on nine acquisitions with a combined deal value of $450+ million. • Executing the implementation and providing ongoing leadership to Horizon’s real-time, 100% digital lending solution, InstaCap, enabling small businesses to access capital quickly and conveniently. InstaCap has provided 1,500+ loans for $20+ million to small business owners since inception.• Graduated with high honors for placing in the top 5% of class from the University of Wisconsin Graduate School of Banking in 2016.• Critical team member providing leadership to Strategic and Capital Planning.• Task force team member on multiple strategic initiatives.• Excel data analysis and dashboard extraordinaire creating multiple solutions to understand valuable information, make processes more efficient and improve reporting capabilities.When I’m not working I enjoy spending time outdoors with family and friends. Of my many interests I am most passionate about fly fishing, water sports and coaching my son’s youth hockey team.
