I am a graduate of Vontier\'s Ignite program, this is a 12-week immersive development program that enables participants to solve major business challenges through personalized coaching and mentoring using lean principles. My project included rolling out a Business Model Canvas and APM (Agile Program Management) with a SaaS project team at Teletrac Navman, a Vontier Company. Vontier Business System Office has awarded me Agile Program Management (APM) and Problem Solving Process (PSP) Champion status.Problem solving through learning, growing, and adapting is my specialty.An Innovative and hands-on ENGINEER and PMI-Certified PROJECT MANAGER and PMI-Certified RISK MANAGEMENT PROFESSIONAL with extensive experience in New Product Development, Manufacturing, and Project Management. Proven leadership skills and experience with cross functional teams in the planning and execution of major projects. Other certifications include Lean Six-Sigma Black Belt, Agile Leader, Scrum Master, and Disciplined Agile Senior Scrum Master (DASSM). Five cross-functional teams I have led have won the Veeder-Root President\'s Award for delivering results.I Spent 8 years doing New Product Development in the construction equipment industry, learning key skills in product design and 3D software. I then moved into the printing & document solutions industry and acquired 10 more years of experience. I managed projects and contracts as well as taking an Industrial Engineering role in designing and implementing solutions on the factory floor. Through my full-time and part-time employment, I have been exposed to a number of different industries. I have had the opportunity to be involved with a small start-up company with only 3 employees and I have worked at a company with over employees on one site.
