   Responsibilities include: • Supports full-cycle Behavior Technician and Clinical Supervisor recruiting, employer branding, and hiring manager support. • Develop and execute strategic and innovative sourcing, recruiting, and branding strategies with clearly defined objectives, desired outcomes, diverse professional organizations and networking, social networking, Boolean searches, candidate referrals, agencies, and more. • Successfully provide a positive candidate experience from start to finish, including the offer process. • Educate applicants on the basics of ABA, the role of a Behavior Technician, and their next steps in the onboarding process. • Set clear expectations of the next steps in the process and sell the opportunity effectively to the candidate. • Help guide clinical recruiters in the development of talent pipeline for immediate hire and upcoming positions as staffing needs dictate. Interview candidates to qualify them to position requirements, as well as provide candidates with detailed information on our company, compensation package, business strategies, position details, and expectations. • Partner with hiring managers and Field Staff Managers (FSM), to identify and reach passive and active candidates to provide an engaged, diverse talent pool for current and forecasted needs. • Maintain Applicant Tracking System to track applicant progress. • Track results and report as required. • In coordination with the Lead Recruiter, serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on sourcing resources, new and creative recruiting techniques, labor market and industry trends, and competitor information. • Ensure our sourcing efforts and recruiting practices are successful, cost-effective, and competitive. • Build and support the College and Diversity Recruiting Program and career fair conferences by attending events and building strategic relationships with campuses and various organizations. • Oversee recruiting expenses for events and programs.
