Team leader with over 18 years of steel industry experience. Currently serving the role of Corporate Purchasing Manager/Inventory Manager for a Pacific Northwest service center. Responsible for setting and executing company strategies. Active involvement in procurement of goods, identifying opportunities to increase supply chain efficiencies, and identifying opportunity for cost reduction. Strong business ethics focused on creating new and growing current supplier relationships. Within the Steel industry safety is a top priority. My attitude is “If you can’t do it safe, don’t do it.” I have successfully completed my OSHA global harmonization certification and my OSHA 10 hour and have taken classes toward my Osha 30 hour certification. I believe that included with being a good employee is being a good community member. Actively involved with supporting local charities.
