Experienced Project Control Manager with experience working on small project on up to mega projects (value <$50k up to $2.3B). Most of my project experience is in transportation; however I have some water treatment experience (Denver Water) as well as vertical construction. I have experience with a number of different contracting mechanism including: Design-Build-Finance-Operate-Maintain, Design/Build, CMAR, Design-Bid-Build. Experience includes scheduling, cost management, risk management, contract administration, and development of RFP/RFQ documents.
