Graduated from Ulster University studying Architectural Technology & Management with a Second Class Upper Division and a Diploma in Professional Practice with a Commendation. Architectural Technologist at Slemish Design Studio; Architects, Planning and Project Management. Office located in Ballymena in the village of Broughshane- Innovative and hard working person who works well within a team environment as well as individually- Very keen to learn new skills, and get more vast knowledge into the construction management side of the trade in various projects- Thrive upon seeing projects through from feasibility to hand over and dealing with the matters which come with all construction works- Pro efficient on AutoCAD, SketchUp and knowledge in Autodesk Revit. Experiences: Valuable experience gained from my placement year within the Belfast Trust Estates Department, involved with project management, drawing and design tasks, cost control, estimating and tendering tasks, technical ability to deliver projects and oversee them as well as problem solving. Also experiences of working on live construction sites as a tradesman, carrying out works for joinery first and second fix, labouring and tendering & measuring for jobs.
