As the Regional Head of Sourcing, I lead the UK & I and EMEA-based sourcing teams, supporting multiple clients. My responsibilities encompass leadership and management of our sourcing teams, financial performance, operational delivery of SLAs and KPIs, and enhancing the candidate and hiring manager experience of our sourcing solutions across these regions.In my role, I ensure our sourcing teams effectively fulfil hiring requirements in line with clients demand plans. I collaborate closely with Talent Insights, Talent Attraction, and Innovation teams to align our sourcing strategies with clients needs, as documented in strategic annual plans. I have the privilege of working across diverse sectors, including Financial Services, Pharmaceuticals & Life Sciences, Oil & Gas, and Engineering, each offering unique opportunities and challenges.In addition to my core responsibilities, I am passionate about leveraging technology enhancements and driving continuous improvement to evolve our sourcing services and support future ways of working.
