About Scott Jared Oshry

I am strongly passionate about design and entrepreneurship and it is the combination of both disciplines that have built my career. I co-founded two companies, Roundhouse and Zorbit, the latter purchased by Maesa which I am an owner and board member of. I have 25 years’ experience managing companies and the cross functional teams they are made of, focusing on design and marketing, manufacturing, product P&L management, sales development, and customer management.My core competencies include identifying white space in consumer goods, recognizing openings within specific retailer offerings and building brands to fulfill these needs. I have built and managed brands across multiple CPG channels including Electronics Accessories, Sporting Goods, Baby Accessories, and Health and Beauty. My passion for conceptualizing brands extends from brand positioning and the creation of brand promise to full consumer marketing managing all aspects of a brand’s DNA.

Today, a global organization employing over 350 people with a presence in the US, EU and Asia, Maesa designs and manufactures over SKUs annually for over 80 customers. Maesa\'s guiding principles of design excellence, global sourcing, market expertise, category management, and long term vision have made Maesa the go to company for leading retailers and brands within the beauty and fashion industry.Responsibilities include brand building and brand management, consumer marketing, marketing, product development and managing the New York design studio.
