I also serve as outside general counsel to my business and private wealth clients, with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, debt finance, real estate acquisitions and dispositions, contract negotiation, estate and gift tax planning, business succession planning, and fiduciary counseling and litigation.
