I am a senior operational leader, programme manager and Operational Excellence coach with over 30 years’ experience delivering complex programmes, leading multi-disciplinary teams, and driving sustainable performance improvement in high-risk, high-pressure environments.My career spans Defence and advanced manufacturing, where I have consistently translated strategy into execution, built psychologically safe, high-performing teams, and coached leaders to embed effective, habitual management systems. I am particularly skilled at stakeholder engagement at senior and international level, change and transformation delivery, and developing leaders who create strong culture and measurable results.Most recently at BAE Systems, I lead and coach Sustainable Operational Excellence (SOE) teams across US Programmes, supporting senior leaders and frontline managers to improve operational effectiveness, engagement and long-term capability. I am trusted to work at pace in complex environments, balancing governance, risk and delivery while maintaining a strong focus on people and outcomes.Previously, as a commissioned Army officer and senior leader, I held COO-level appointments, led organisations of up to 180 personnel, and delivered operational planning, security, logistics and healthcare capability across the UK and overseas.
