ABOUT SCOTT HOOTON
More than 20 years of Project Development, Project and Operations Management and Business Development experience, both as a system integrator/operator and a private road concessionaire. I began my career at SAIC in 1987 as a hardware/installation design engineer. In I transferred to the management, delivery and operations of toll projects. In March 2011, I joined ACS Infrastructure Development as the ITS and Toll Operations Manager. I am currently working on the Autoroute 30 program where we are deploying and operating a greenfield project containing mixed mode tolling, back-office, CSC/VPS and an ATMS in Montreal, QC. My other project experience includes Autoroute 30 Express, WSDOT SR520 ORT, NHDOT ORT, RITBA, Tacoma Narrows Bridge Good To Go! toll program, SR-167 HOT Lanes, the I-15 HOT FasTrak Lanes, Orlando Orange County Expressway, Crescent City Connection Division Bridge, Dulles Greenway, VDOT Coleman Bridge and VDOT Dulles Toll Road, Chicago Skyway, and Illinois State Highway and Toll Authority.
