About Scott Holste

Scott serves as Lifeshape’s Chief Operating Officer and leads the organization in its efforts to connect marketplace professionals with significant opportunities to transform individuals, communities, and nations. Prior to joining the LIfeshape staff, Scott worked with a large non-governmental organization in southeast Asia, northern Africa, and Europe before serving in senior leadership roles which included responsibility for the oversight of more than personnel in nearly 180 countries.Scott earned his Ph.D. in the study of organizational leadership, researching the impact of trust on the transfer of knowledge within organizations. He has coauthored articles for the Academy of Management, the Journal of Knowledge Management, and other publications.
