Scott represents corporate policyholders in commercial insurance matters. Scott has over twenty years\' experience handling litigated and pre-litigation claims under all manner of business policies, including Property/Business Interruption; Product Recall and Contamination; Directors & Officers; Errors & Omissions; Employment Practices; Fiduciary; General Liability; Cyber, and Builders\' Risk. Scott also advises policyholders in non-adversary matters, including those facing man-made and natural disasters, financial distress and lawsuits, and in more routine circumstances involving insurance program structure, placements and renewals, M&A deals, leases and other contracts. Scott also defends class actions and represents clients in governmental investigations and proceedings involving employee benefit plans and alleged violations of ERISA. Scott is a Fellow in the American College of Coverage and Extracontractual Counsel (ACCEC).
