Leading and managing a technology development team that invents microphysiological systems for use in automated and robotics-oriented contexts. We develop, industrialize, and scale up custom labware and devices and corresponding methods of conducting assays at the intersection of physiologic relevance and high throughput screening. We leverage semiconductor fabrication and injection molding processes for the benefit of better disease models. We collaboratively deploy technology to Novartis sites in California, Cambridge/Boston, and Basel, Switzerland in order to attack the most difficult disease models at industrial scale.
