ABOUT SCOTT HALL

I am a professional rugby player at Chinnor RFC and the Head of Partnerships for Oxford University Rugby Club (OURFC), where I also lead as the Head Coach of the Women’s Program, overseeing three competitive teams.Having graduated in 2020 with a 2:1 in Sports and Exercise Science, I pursued a master’s in Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship at Nottingham Trent University (NTU). NTU’s support, including a sport bursary, provided me with the platform to excel academically, graduating with a Commendation, and to launch my own business during my studies.In 2020, I founded @Rugby_AllStars, a coaching business focused on improving performance through mentoring, confidence building, and sport. Our mission is to nurture young talent, drive performance, and empower individuals to achieve their full potential both on and off the pitch.I also contribute to the Brooksby College Rugby Program, in partnership with Leicester Tigers Academy, mentoring and developing student athletes at the beginning of their careers. My role emphasizes growth, both as athletes and as individuals, by fostering self-development and supporting students as they transition into their next chapters.Passionate about excellence, performance, and personal growth, I am highly motivated to add value to others\' journeys while continuing to develop my own skills and ambitions.Beyond rugby and coaching, my interests include property investment and wealth creation, areas I’m actively exploring as part of my long-term goals.Let’s connect if you’d like to discuss rugby, partnerships, coaching, or shared interests!
