As the owner and operator of Remote Group, I oversee all aspects of the company\'s operations, working closely with our dedicated team to ensure success. Reporting directly to the board of directors for Remote Waste and OTS, I am actively involved in administrative and financial management, sales and service, supervision, public relations, profitability, and business development.My role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including developing and communicating cooperative policies, goals, and results to the team. I provide support and guidance to our staff, offering solutions for day-to-day operations and addressing any challenges that may arise.In addition to day-to-day operations, I am committed to continuously improving our management systems and implementing best practices. This includes recruiting, selecting, training, and coaching the best possible team to drive Remote Group\'s success.Accountability is paramount in our organization, and I take an active role in ensuring that our management team is held accountable for their actions. Through direct coaching, I work with our team to enhance their communication skills, refine strategies, improve planning and forecasting, and monitor project progress effectively.As the owner and operator of Remote Group, I am dedicated to driving growth, fostering innovation, and ensuring the continued success of our company.Involved in supervision such as developing and communicating cooperative policies, goals and results, helping the team while providing solutions for day to day operations.Also involved in improving management systems and Best Practices for Remote by recruiting, selecting, training and coaching the best team possible.Actively responsible to keep the management team accountable with a direct approach of coaching in regards to their communication skills, strategies, planning, forecasting and project monitoring.
