I live for the \"AH-HA!\" moments—whether it\'s a student finally understanding cellular respiration or a fitness professional mastering biomechanical assessment.My Dual Path:As a Biology Professor at Concordia University Irvine, I teach anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics while helping shape the next generation of healthcare professionals. I earned my PhD in Science Education from Curtin University, where I focused on making complex science accessible and engaging through innovative educational approaches.As Co-CEO of the National Exercise & Sports Trainers Association (NESTA), I lead educational program development for fitness professionals nationwide. With over 30 years in the fitness industry, I\'ve authored certification programs, spoken nationally on biomechanics and program design, and helped thousands of trainers advance their careers.My Background-PhD, Science Education (Curtin University)-MS, Human Movement - Corrective Exercise Emphasis (A.T.
