I guess somewhere last year I advanced into the role of regional director. I am now lucky enough to work with more teams, in more states and work with multi concepts with in Craveworthy Brands. Being the best M.U.L. I can be everyday with the teams to coach, motivate and develop people into strong, passionate leaders who can see the big picture and develop their own teams within the restaurant. It really is a privilege to work with these teams.
