As the CEO of Green Guardian Ventures, LLC, I lead our efforts at the forefront of the carbon trading industry, specializing in raising capital through the strategic acquisition and sale of carbon credits. Our mission is to foster sustainable practices and reduce global carbon emissions by leveraging industry expertise and innovative financial strategies.In parallel, I serve as the CEO for W&F Trading Enterprises, LLC, where I oversee the management and strategic direction of the Ward Family Office. This role encapsulates leading the Ward Family Foundation, supporting significant projects like the Heroes Haven Fund, Means for Dreams, and initiatives focused on mentorship for women business owners in Africa\'s beauty industry.My career journey has been driven by my passion for learning, solving problems, and making a difference. From serving in the Navy and earning a degree in Cellular and Molecular Biology, to managing research labs and overseeing laboratory operations, to pursuing an MBA in Data Analytics and leading business development initiatives, I have always sought to expand my knowledge, challenge myself, and contribute to meaningful causes. As a CEO, I leverage my expertise in data analysis, business development, and leadership to support the growth and success of our company and our partners.
