I get fulfillment from seeing people take stock of the skills they posses as well as helping them discover the skills they posses but didn’t realize were there. Fortunately, I have been able to do that every day through training and development. I have had the pleasure of leading and influencing Training and Operations with many independently owned franchise businesses, as well as company locations for two great brands.I am thankful for the many victories that I and my teams have had in the past, from ideation to execution, especially the challenge to lay out the roadmap and then see the ideation come to fruition, while seeing the success of those involved and those influenced by the process. It is always satisfying to take a complex solution, and then break it down into its easily digestible parts and easily execute those pieces to see a big-picture win.As one franchise owner recently introduced me to his colleague, “Scott teaches at the highest level, leading the highest level of training the company has to offer.
