As the Global Head of Audit for KPMG International, I lead the Global Audit practice including dedicated audit professionals across 145 countries.I’m a highly qualified leader with more than 30 years of experience with operational, accounting, reporting and internal control issues facing the retail, restaurant, consumer products and technology industries, including SEC filings, carveout financials and Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICOFR). I have extensive international experience, having led KPMG\'s U.S. GAAP and Risk Management teams in the Shanghai office with responsibility for advising Chinese companies on U.S. GAAP financial reporting as well as leading decentralized global, multi-location audit teams. I’ve been a member of KPMG\'s US Board of Directors since October 2018 and America\'s Board of Directors since October 2019. I previously served as Partner-in-Charge of KPMG\'s MidAmerica Audit practice, the Firm\'s Restaurant & Franchising Practice as well as host for KPMG Consumer Markets Chief Audit Executive and Restaurant Share Forums.
