ABOUT SCOTT FLEMING

With my years of experience in Architecture and the Housing Development industry, I have gained skills and knowledge in various aspects of design, construction, and development.During my career I have worked with PLCs and Privately owned limited companies, involving a wide range of projects with varying build types, traditional and more modern, and have always strived to meet and exceed the expectations of Purchasers, Tenants, Regulating Authorities and Stakeholders alike.Core competencies include project planning, coordination and management, design collaboration, consultant appointments, building control and warranty satisfactions, viabilities, land, ecological, geo-technical, and environmental surveys and investigation, planning submissions and condition discharges, working drawing package reviews, civil engineering, section agreements, utilities infrastructure, service wayleaves and easements, housing association project administration and handovers, legal completions, sales plans, specification, conveyancing, title resolution and party wall awards at each level throughout my career.Wanting to stay up to date on the latest legislation changes and industry trends, I welcome continued training and it is my hope to grow my knowledge of CAD whilst also pursuing professional affiliation with CIAT or CIOB to bolster my existing skillsets.With a keen interest in design and detailing, I am looking to continue my career in the construction industry; hopefully contributing within a team to create quality homes for people to feel welcome, comfortable and safe in their own environment.
