Conduct marine incident investigations as required and liase with the SEQ/HSE group the close out of all causal factors and root cause recommendations. Perform OVMSA reviews of vessel owner/operators to ensure compliance with ISM Code and competency assessments of vessel marine personnel with a focus on Dynamic Positioning Operators.
