ABOUT SCOTT EWING

I am an accomplished Solution / Enterprise architect with over 30 years IT experience, mainly in the Financial Sector. I am a highly motivated, passionate and outcome orientated person with a strong technical background coupled with practical leadership experience and in-depth knowledge of multiple technologies across various domains. Working in many roles across all stages of the change management lifecycle, I have a proven track record of delivering high quality, best practice, reusable, holistic designs, solution architectures and roadmaps for large scale and complex enterprise level projects, programmes and portfolios. I have extensive knowledge of established architectural and design patterns as well as architecture frameworks such as TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) and Zachman. I am experienced in working within a set of well-defined architectural principles and policies where architectural artifacts produced are required to be presented to a series of governance bodies.Although based in Edinburgh, I have regularly worked out of Hong Kong, Dublin and Frankfurt as a Lead Solution Architect. I am therefore adept at quickly integrating my working patterns with local system landscapes, infrastructures and cultures.
