ABOUT SCOTT EMERTON
During my working career I have held a variety of positions. This has allowed me to obtain a great deal of work experience in several different fields. Additionally I have several advanced degrees. These include an Associate of Applied Science degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, biotechnology certification, Bachelors of Science Degree in biology with a cellular/molecular option, and a Bachelors of Science in Nursing. Though most of my career has been spent in the pharmaceutical industry, I have also laboratory experience in both a clinical lab and an industrial lab, and have spent a large portion of my career in health care positions that required direct patient care in the military and while employed by the veterans administration hospital. I have recently completed the nursing program at CSU Eastbay in Hayward California and have passed the NCLEX exam in Oregon. My goal is to utilize the training and experience that I have obtained through my work, education and personal endeavors to obtain a position working with oncology patients and evaluating experiential cancer treatments.Specialties: Registered Nurse (Oregon / North Dakota)MLT(ASCP)California Medical Lab Tech LicenseCalifornia Phlebotomy LicenseBiotechnology Certificate
