Over the course of my career spanning investment banking, c-suite executive positions and consulting, I’ve determined that my true love is helping teams and companies move successfully to the next level. I help executive teams develop and implement clear, concise plans that improve execution and drive results.My strategy work with clients goes beyond just plan development. I work with clients to implement a management and results oriented platform that assures that plans and goals created at the beginning of the year are actually implemented and achieved. The goal is for the platform to become the tool used to drive monthly operating reviews which will, in turn, consistently drive operating results. As clients and I build our working relationship together, there are numerous additional areas of expertise which I can also offer, if appropriate, such as: executive coaching; M&A and financings; executive recruitment; strategic analysis; operational improvements (including LEAN methodologies); interim CFO/COO/CEO help; and board advisory work, among other things.I also buy good businesses.
