I lead the business delivery of defect management from construction completion through to the full operational phase of projects. I oversee a dedicated post-construction project management team, identifying, investigating, and remediating all post-construction defects. My negotiation skills have often resulted in favourable commercial settlements, and I have taken on responsibilities that include developing project teams, preparing specifications and designs, tendering projects, and preparing contract documentation (JCT). Additionally, I act as Project Manager (PM) and Contract Administrator (CA), managing costs, cash flow, and appointing Principal Designer (PD) and Principal Contractor (PC) in accordance with client duties under CDM 2015.As the main lead for the business, I am responsible for preparing and presenting board papers to the executive team and implementing improvements to drive efficiencies.
