Plans, design & conduct research projects using a variation of qualitative and quantitative research methods, moderate studies and analyse findings to articulate human-centered problems-Manages workshops and interviews with engineers, PMs all the way up to exec level management-Helps identify and define new personas and enrich existing personas-Drives strategy and priorities through both research and data analytics, with clear and actionable recommendations-Supports Product teams, UX designers and wider stakeholders in understanding their customer-Communicates and articulates the value of UX and the rationale behind your research and design process and recommendations, bringing the team along your journey-Liases with multiple stakeholders of varying levels to understand the user requirements and pain points-Works with the PM and business analysts to define user stories and product backlogs-Makes use of metrics, analytics, user research and various data sources to ensure the team are working from user data, needs and behaviours-Contributes to and uses our common design language + design systems from the wider UX team
