Have worked directly in the field with our customers at their building locations accumulating experience assisting customers with their WT programs or completely managing their WT programs. Worked with all the major property management companies in the GTA, and most of the mid-size and smaller PM companies to; • Solve any technical issues they may have had with their WT programs (scaling problems, corrosion activity, or microbial challenges) • Optimize the WT program from a cost perspective • Optimize the WT program from an environmental perspective • Assist the customer in successfully applying for the Sewage Rebate Claim • Provide information / training seminars on WT topics such as WHMIS, Legionella, General WT info, testing and operations, etc. • Address health & safety issues to either allow our customers to work more safely with WT products, or to completely eliminate our customers’ direct involvement with WT products. • Optimize the cycles of concentration in cooling tower systems • Update / upgrade monitoring and control systems where needed • Assist with achieving Legionella Best Practices protocol Additional education and training in the following courses; • Building Operations - BES (Building Environmental Systems Course from Seneca College) with both Class I & Class II honours certificates • WHMIS (Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System) • TDG (Transportation of Dangerous Goods) • Responsible Care • Business Ethics • Cooling Water Treatment • Boiler Water Treatment • Waste Water Treatment • Business Responsibilities • Chemical Feed Equipment • WT Control & Monitoring Equipment • Code of Business Conduct • Confined Space Awareness • Closed System Water Treatment • Legionella Best Practices • Product Stewardship • Quality Awareness and Quality Monitoring / Quality Systems • Smith System (Defensive Driver Training) • Zero Incident / Safety Awareness / Accident Prevention • Business Management • Team Management • Sales Management
