Corporate Governance: • Lead counsel in forming Domo subsidiary entities in India (Domo Business Services India Private Limited) and Spain (Domo Business Cloud S.L.). • Act as defacto corporate secretary to ensure corporate compliance for all subsidiaries worldwide (UK, India, Spain, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong and Canada) regarding board meetings, capital investment, equity, human resource matters and administration of the entities. Privacy: • Ensure compliance with global privacy regulations including GDPR, UK and Swiss Data Protection Acts. This includes establishing methods and procedures for tracking all subprocessors, creating process for customers to interact with list of subprocessors, establish methods and protocols for deletion requests intake, processing and tracking. • Support sales, procurement, data analytics, engineering and human resources in all things privacy, including GDPR and UK DPAs, Chinese PIPL, CCPA and any applicable U.S. and/or state privacy laws and name image likeness issues. • Lead counsel in intake, processing and tracking all SARs, and deletion requests. Contracts: • Manage and negotiate contracts in support of procurement team. Negotiate contracts totaling over $40 million annually. • Support growing sales teams related to initial client contact and managing confidentiality issues, including reviewing and negotiating over 400 Non-Disclosure Agreements annually. • Developed and launched contract management process and trained finance and administrative teams to ensure all contracts are accessible in contract management database. • Lead counsel supporting consulting and engineering teams. Created procedure to ensure compliance with customer contracts.
