I am excited to announce I have recently joined Modern Management, Inc. as a Senior Consultant. Modern Management is a nationwide human resource consulting firm providing creative and skillful assistance in human resource management. We specialize in employee relations, union prevention, strategic labor relations planning, labor relations training, management and organizational development, mergers, acquisition, relocation and start-up strategies, HR/employee surveys and audits, personnel manuals and handbooks, HR strategic planning, and HR/employee communications. It is a tremendous team of professionals, and I am grateful to be part of an organization where my skills blend seamlessly with their services.I have spent over three decades advising multi-national companies on complex business, human resources, legal and management issues, including over two decades as in-house counsel for a Fortune 500 company in Pittsburgh. It was there I developed the skills and expertise to eventually become Assistant General Counsel, People Privacy and Compliance, and the company’s Chief Privacy and Compliance Officer. In this role I led a team of attorneys and management professionals through two company separations and the company’s sale to private equity. I started my own management consulting business almost two years ago to pursue my passion for guiding businesses on the human element of their operations and how to manage the symbiotic relationship between managers and employees. I was fortunate enough to work with Modern Management on several projects before I was asked to become a part of their team. It is a perfect fit for a bright future!
