Conducts analytical studies and recommends policy and procedures for the use of information systems, simulations and training models to support training exercises, seminars and training programs. Conducts cost benefit analysis on internal and external programs. Manages a multi-agency task force to maintain model fidelity, ensure data integrity, and engineer new develop-ments and innovations. Exercises a leadership role in developing and resolving technological and organizational issues as they relate to information systems, network delivery, and systems capability. Provides technical and management oversight for a 45 million dollar support contract. Prepares point papers, white papers and decision briefs for senior and general officers.
