Manage all MAR/SOX, substantive and operational audits, and perform management duties including planning, scheduling, coordinating, reviewing and following up on the work of audit team members- Provide expertise on auditing standards, regulatory requirements and performance criteria- Responsible for scoping, developing and executing internal audit activities as part of the internal audit plan approved by the Audit Committee in accordance with the International Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing- Review third-party service providers and evaluate the scope of SOC reports needed and reviewed the testing of SOC1/2 reports deemed in-scope- Coordinate the work of Internal Audit with the Company’s external independent auditors to optimize audit efficiencies- Plan, assign and supervise the daily activity and work of all internal audit resources; effectively managing and coaching staff and outside resources- Develop procedures, schedules, priorities and programs for achieving audit objectives and goals- Prepare audit reports and communicate them effectively to the Board- Identify risks and changes to existing system of internal control- Evaluate the preparation and execution of test plans, process documentation, change control documentation, and change control testing for all business units and internal control-based changes- Set performance expectations of staff members; provide coaching throughout the audit process, deliver formal feedback at the end of audits- Design and execute resolution plans for testing discrepancies- Administer Workiva Wdesk GRC tool (Audit & Test Plans, Access, Reporting, PBC Requests, etc.)- Lead audit planning, scoping and testing of new products and systems
