We are presently focused on two pilot projects in Santa Ana and act as a catalyst for reinvestment in severely distressed HOA’s (with CC & R\'s) occupied by low / moderate income residents. We achieve sustainable results by partnering with resident leaders, management companies, charitable foundations, advocacy organizations and units of local government.
