More than forty-years experience in planning, management, scheduling of all fabrication products, and assign supervision of all manufacturing activities including daily operations of personnel for material cutting, forming, fitting, welding, operation, and oversight of all stress relief furnaces, cleaning, non-destructive testing and inspections and post-production preservation and painting operations, packaging, and shipping.• Creation, certification and qualification of all welding and NDT procedures and personnel in accordance with AWS D1.1, D1.5 and D1.6; ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code, Sections V and IX; along with Military standards S9074-AQ-GIB-010/248, S9074-AS-GIB-010/271 and S9074-AR-GIB-010/278 for a variety of materials. • Maintenance of certification and qualification records for all fitters, welding operators and non-destructive testing personnel.• All aspects of quality control including interface with customer source inspections, review and approval of all production material certification and coordination of traceability throughout manufacturing process and create final document packages, Generation, and coordination of all manufacturing reports, including but not limited to Supply Deviation, Quality Control and Corrective Action reports.• Maintenance of all equipment and records any devices requiring calibration including the following: measuring instruments or devices, furnaces and controls, paint inspection gauges, non-destructive testing equipment as well as welding machines.

   I handle all production, quality control and scheduling of operations, welding or related issues such as procedures, certifying of welders and maintaining them. We design, fabricate, weld, stress relieve, test and paint items for the following industries; Hydro electric, Gas Turbine, Medium Steam and Military Marine propulsion on materials ranging from 1/16\" to 14\" thick of various grades of carbon steels, Stainless steels, Chrome-Moly\'s. I also currently an American Welding Society certified welding inspector # 93••••81 for the past twenty-five years, as well as ASNT Level Examiner in Visual (VT), Magnetic Particle (MT) and Liquid Penetrant (LP), and Level II inspector in Ultrasonic weld inspection.
