   My responsibilities include the oversight of the company\'s financial reporting of income taxes for the US GAAP (consolidated and carve-out) and the Bermuda statutory bases. This includes life and nonlife income tax provisions (including US CFCs) for the US regular corporate income tax, the US corporate alternative minimum tax (CAMT), the US base erosion and anti-abuse tax (BEAT), the Bermuda corporate income tax (CIT), and the OECD Pillar Two tax. I lead the company\'s tax modeling function, the development of internal controls, and work closely with the company\'s internal and external audit teams. I am leaning into process improvement and automation within the tax function as the company begins to deploy low-code/no-code solutions.
