   Here, I have been promoted to a position in charge of all aspects of IT strategies and teams for more than 400 employees, 925 servers, over 9k physical CPU cores, 2 PB of hard disk storage and 32 PB of near-line tape storage capacity. As such, I strategically plan and implement enterprise IT road maps and plans, design effective policies, and recruit high-performing technology teams as a performance manager. As such, I liaise with senior leadership teams, executives, vendors, and third parties as a key coordinator of IT strategies, incident response, and comprehensive process improvements in line with organizational goals.I effectively grew the IT Department from three to 20 team members through recruiting, training, and building a winning team and leveraging internal promotions and advancement. I have championed technology integrations throughout five acquisitions and two new ventures as a cross-functional leader and technology strategist for more than 230 team members and in excess of 60 systems. I realized 2,500% SEI infrastructure growth to align with scalable organizational goals. I also designed and executed a three-year technology road map for the entire enterprise, including creation of Cyber Security Infrastructure, Incident Response capabilities, Information Security Policies, and Annual SOC 2 report.
