ABOUT SCOTT CRUMLEY
Since December 2023, I have been the Long Bridge Partners JV Design Manager for the highly visible $2B Long Bridge Project supporting the Virginia Rail Passenger Authority (VPRA). The project extends from RO (Rosslyn interlocking) in Arlington, Virginia, across the George Washington Memorial Parkway, Potomac River, East Potomac Park, I-395 and Maine Ave SW to the LE (L\'Enfant interlocking) in Washington, DC. As the owner\'s representative, I am responsible for overseeing the design of two Design-Builder contracts (North Package and South Package) to substantially increase rail capacity in the corridor and construct a new Bike-Pedestrian bridge across the Potomac River. I lead and oversee the design efforts with state, local and municipal jurisdictions including the Virginia Department of Transportation, District Department of Transportation, Arlington County, National Park Service and private entities.
