About Scott Crist
Scott is managing partner of Texas Ventures, a leading technology venture capital firm. He is also s CEO of Osperity, the leader in AI-driven Computer Vision for the industrial sectors. He was previously an MD at Garage Tech Ventures, and previously, he was CEO/ chairman of Infrastructure Networks, a global leader in remote industrial communications services for critical infrastructure industries. Scott is a former Entrepreneur of the Year by NASDAQ/ Ernst & Young.A member of the Kellogg Alumni Advisory Board at Northwestern University and an adjunct professor at the Jones Graduate MBA School at Rice University, Scott teaches venture capital and entrepreneurship. In addition, he is chairman of the VA-Gov Housing fund, the nation’s largest lender for the Veteran Administration’s Homeless Shelter Program. In this capacity, Scott has raised and committed over $50 million to assist veterans undergoing transitional housing needs.
