Driven by a passion for solving complex challenges, I’m now channeling my expertise into building LS Adaptive — an apparel company helping people with limited dexterity and disabilities maintain their independence and confidently focus on what truly matters: living life on their own terms and doing the things they love most.My journey began with a B.S. in Computer Science & Mathematics followed by an MBA with an Operations specialization from UC Irvine. Along the way, I was fortunate enough to participate in a Six Sigma training program at Whirlpool where I learned from its creator, Bill Ross. Those experiences profoundly shaped my thinking on data analytics and structured problem-solving and ignited my passion for quality assurance and strategic sourcing—fields where I’ve been able to make a real impact.At Pair Eyewear, I led initiatives that improved our supplier performance by 30% while reducing defects by 25%. It’s incredibly rewarding to see how iterative experimentation can lead to tangible improvements that enhance customer satisfaction.Before my time at Pair Eyewear, I spent nearly six years at Oakley focusing on product integrity as an R&D Manager. Here, I applied my analytical skills to ensure our products met high-performance standards—because every customer deserves nothing less than excellence. One of my proudest moments was leading a team that successfully resolved a critical performance issue affecting our flagship product line.I believe that collaboration is key to success; whether it’s working alongside engineers or engaging with suppliers, building strong relationships has always been at the forefront of my approach.
