GLOBAL SUPPLY CHAIN LEADERSHIP - Developed and led global supply chain organization for newly created division of major capital equipment manufacturer with 150 total employees in HQ and regional execution centers in six countries. PROJECT MANAGEMENT - Developed and led year-long program of 121 separate initiatives achieving deep eight figures in combined savings across eight product lines. INTERNATIONAL SOURCING – Drove strategic sourcing and purchasing agreements for multiple companies valued at hundreds of millions of dollars and delivering combined savings of well into eight figures in Europe, China, India, and Mexico. MANUFACTURING - Turned around manufacturing operation including installing new management team, implementing LEAN, doubling physical capacity, starting second shift, and upgrading capital equipment, leading to triple digit increase in production. DISTRIBUTION - Expanded capacity and outbound shipping volume by triple digit percent by consolidating five warehouses into 1M SF distribution center, implementing new Warehouse Management System (WMS), and hiring new management team. REAL ESTATE/FACILITIES - Led real estate for 24 North American locations and managed acquisition, design, and buildout of new SF headquarters. Led design, planning and permitting of additional office space, parking deck, innovation center, training and fitness center, and onsite cafeteria.
