ABOUT SCOTT CLAWSON

Since joining in 2012, Chairman and CEO Scott Clawson has successfully established Culligan as the global leader in water services. Anchored in an operating model that was inspired by the Danaher Business System, Scott ensures Culligan teams focus on rigorous, continual improvement and disciplined execution to serve customers water they love while doing what’s right for our planet. As the leader of a purpose-driven services brand, Scott prioritizes the Culligan Business System to enable agility, accountability and consumer-centricity across regions, business units, and brands. Its focus on planning, processes, people and performance enables greater collaboration and in turn, consistent customer experiences for the 170 million customers Culligan serves annually. Since 2016, Scott and his highly tenured executive team have cemented Culligan’s industry leadership and delivered compounding value. Culligan has grown from approximately $400 million to $3.5 billion while meaningfully expanding its geographic footprint to now operate in more than 100 countries with a market leading position in 30. During his tenure, Scott has implemented strategic plans to grow organically and via acquisitions, 350 of which were completed since 2020. These efforts expanded the business geographically, purposefully scaling its service capacity and strengthening its innovation capabilities. Previously, Scott held leadership roles at AGCO, Ryko Enterprises and Danaher Corporation. He currently serves on the boards of American Bath Group and IPS. He graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in finance from Brigham Young University and earned his Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
