As a Plant Manager I played a key role in increasing manufacturing yield by 4%, reducing customer claims by more than 50%, and increasing ontime delivery by 5%. As a Vice President of Operations I increased annual sales 66% in two years, growing sales from a 4 yr $6 million plateau state (20••••15¬) to $10 million in 2017.
