As a business teacher, I integrate real-world entrepreneurial experience with engaging and practical teaching strategies to inspire students to think critically and creatively. I spearheaded the creation of the school’s first Entrepreneurship Incubator, guiding students through the process of developing and launching their businesses. In addition, I teach digital business applications and serve as a DECA Advisor, where our thriving program includes nearly 200 members.• Designed and implemented comprehensive business curricula emphasizing entrepreneurship, marketing, and innovation, tailored to prepare students for success in today’s competitive world.• Mentored students in creating business plans, developing mock startups, and presenting their ideas to peers and industry professionals.• Created hands-on activities and simulations that replicate real-world business challenges, such as budgeting, market analysis, and team management.• Directed the DECA program, mentoring students in competitive events and professional development, contributing to one of the largest chapters in the region with nearly 200 members.• Fostered partnerships with local businesses and community leaders to connect students with networking and learning opportunities.
