This Tableau dashboard provided a broad-based view of IT Operations with actionable measures, metrics, and analysis across priority areas of focus, including Financial Management, Project and Portfolio Management, Risk Management, Information Security, IT Assets and Infrastructure, IT Service Management (ITSM), Workforce Management, and Customer Satisfaction.
