   Scott is a Partner on secondment from Spain and is leading the valuation practice for the SoCal region and has worked for the Firm for 28 years. During his time at PwC Scott has gained significant experience in a wide range of Corporate Finance Services such as strategic planning, business valuation and advisory assignments in mergers and acquisitions. He is a specialist focusing on the valuation of businesses and assets from both a strategic and from an accounting perspective. Over the past 19 years he has specialized in the valuation of businesses, intangible assets and financial instruments. He has significant experience in preparing and advising on valuations for financial statements under IFRS, US GAAP, Spanish GAAP and UK GAAP. Scott has performed numerous business valuations and intangible asset valuations for a variety of purposes, including transaction advice, fairness opinions, purchase price allocations, corporate tax strategies, litigation support and legal expert witness, among others. Scott has significant international experience and has worked on projects in Western and Eastern Europe, North America, South America and Asia. He has worked in a wide range of sectors including Infrastructures, TICE, Financial Services, Energy and Retail, among others.
