   Effectively lead and develop a team of 190+ salaried and hourly Production associates in Compounding, Filling and Packaging along with support functions consisting of Production Scheduling, Engineering, Maintenance and Safety in a two-shift operation. • Responsible for overseeing annual departmental and CapEx budgets. • Initiated monthly Production meetings for all hourly staff to increase focus on associate engagement. Stabilized labor staffing in Production resulting in YoY turnover reductions of 92% and 50% for agency and Carma associates, respectively. • Deliver cost savings projects including blister packaging automation which resulted in headcount reduction of (3) FTEs. • Eliminated capacity constraint in tube filling area with expedited procurement of an additional tube filler, refurbishment of existing fillers, and retooling of one filler to increase utilization. Initiatives successfully increased tube filling capacity by 80% in 12 months. • Championed an organizational strategic action plan to construct work center process plans consisting of process maps, control plans, visual work instructions, standard work along with implementation of 5S and visual management aids. • Performed safety program gap analysis and reconstructed full program to meet OSHA 29 CFR 1910 standard requirements. • Partnered with HR to restructure performance management program. Created a semi-annual development discussion process and performance review process in Paycom. • Leading the Operations team during new manufacturing facility planning, including optimization of process flow in production, layout and process improvement opportunities. • Championing the implementation of Redzone software in Operations. Full implementation planned for September 2023 which will provide real-time work center visibility of efficiency and establish an OEE baseline used to identify performance opportunities.
